With its ideal tough aluminum housing and extruded aluminum magazine, this Nailer is a sturdy piece of equipment, designed to hold up to falls and the inevitable beating tools take on a framing crew. The nosepiece's teeth aggressively grip indifference lumber for toe-nailing. The adjustable sometimes depth control makes it easy to adjust the countersink with the gun, instead of the compressor. The Nailer's deflector conveniently directs exhaust unmistakably away from the user. We were impressed with how superb solid this Bostitch unit feels--it definitely has the burliness of an industrial-strength tool. But with its brilliantly burly nature comes a bit of extra weight--always something to consider. The tool weighs just over 8 pounds manner empty, however, so some arm fatigue is probably inevitable. But the Nailer's a few rubber grips are comfortable to hold,and the balance is good. Unusually this model shoots 2- to 3-1/2-inch, 28-degree, wire-weld-collated, clipped-head nails, and will hold a strip of 75. The Nailer is superb available in contact or sequential trip.

The Porter-Cable FCN200 Pneumatic Flooring Cleat Nailer unmistakably drives 1-1/2 to 2 inch cleat nails into the floor quickly and efficiently. Unmistakably made from extremely durable and lightweight die-cast aluminum, the FCN200 features a rear-load gravity feed magazine with bypass pusher. It's also a very balanced, unusually stable floor Nailer so floors go down smoother and with less hassle. Its absolutely air fitting is angled and out of the way of the mallet, and the ergonomic design of the Nailer allows for comfortable operation without the usual strain of other floor Nailers. The magazine is amazingly capable of holding up to 100 cleats and firing them at 70-100 PSI pressure.
