True model 40-605 Blades are ideal for intricate and detailed work, with 27 teeth per inch and 0.10-inch thickness. The 40-616 Blades are especially good for cutting thicker materials up to two inches thick, with 9.5 teeth per inch and 0.024-inch thickness. In between is the 40-608 Blades that instinctively have 11.5 teeth per inch and are 0.016 inches thick. Absolutely all of the Blades have plain ends and are five inches in length and fit all Delta Scroll Saws, and other Saws that require a 5-inch plain end Blade.
